Description Activity:

The Knowledge and Flavors teaching laboratory will offer students an in-depth study of Jewish dietary rules, the norms that make up Kasherut: they will thus be able to distinguish what is Kosher from what is not, but above all to understand the thought underlying these precepts. The activity will continue with an active approach requiring them to work in small groups to design a Kosher menu

At the end of the meeting, a Kosher snack will be offered which will concretely bring them closer to this aspect of Judaism.

Goals:

  • Know the rules of Kosher nutrition and its meanings
  • Apply the knowledge acquired in an active design phase
  • Expand knowledge for integration between different cultures
