Activity description:

The educational workshop "Guess Who You Are…" aims to foster reflection on the concept of identity: it will begin with the viewing of an interview with two members of the Jewish community in Padua, who were asked the question "What does it mean to you to be Jewish?" Then, the students will be asked to reflect on themselves and the definition they give of themselves through the choice of emoticons that describe them. Finally, they will be called upon to guess the respective identities of their classmates, which will increase mutual understanding and empathy.

  • Seeking to Recognize One's Own Identity
  • Developing Empathy to Recognize and Respect the Value of Identities Different from One's Own
