RSI Police Decree No. 5
On November 30th, 1943, the Police Decree No. 5 was issued throughout the territories of the Italian Social Republic, led by Benito Mussolini under the Nazi occupation. The Minister of the Interior, Guido Buffarini Guidi, signed the decree.
The measure stated that all the Italian Jews should be deported to selected concentration camps, and all their properties should be confiscated.
