Choose your path to discover the history and culture of the Jewish community in Padua

The Jewish Museum of Padua and the Italian Synagogue, which is currently used for prayer, can be visited on Monday and Thursday from 10 AM to 5 PM and on Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM.

Visits to the Italian Synagogue are always guided by the museum staff.

The ancient Jewish Cemetery of Via Wiel is open for visits every Sunday with guided tours at fixed times and mandatory booking

Opening Hours

ONLY for the month of October, the Museum and the Synagogue will be open for visits on TUESDAY instead of THURSDAY

• Museum of Jewish Padua can be visited with or without reservation: Monday and Thursday from 10am to 5pm (last entry at 4.15pm) – Sunday from 10am to 6pm (last entry at 5.15pm) or on other days by reservation only (except Saturday and Jewish holidays.).

• Italian Synagogue can be visited with or without reservation: Monday and Thursday from 10am to 5pm (last entry at 4.15pm) – Sunday from 10am to 6pm (last entry at 5.15pm) or on other days by reservation only (except Saturday and Jewish holidays.).

• Ancient Cemetery of Via Wiel: open every Sunday with fixed starting tours (from April to September at 10:00 AM, and from October to March at 11:00 AM) or on other days only by appointment (except Saturday and Jewish holidays.).

Closures: Saturdays and Jewish holidays, January 1st, December 25th.
